Pacific Center in Panama is a multifunctional complex situated in three towers with over 200,000 m², including the medical clinic, hotel, offices, and shopping mall. The center is located near the coastline, and because of the depth of the excavation for the foundations, there was the problem of infiltration of water and humidity from the subsoil. Our Multimodulo was a cost-effective and time-saving solution to create a void between the ground and the foundation slab, allowing water to be collected and poured into special manholes and channels. Multimodulo H20 was chosen because of its benefits:
